General Policy
Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be exchanged or refunded. We also do not offer refunds or returns on change of mind purchases.
Our policy is centered on handling products that were unfortunately damaged during transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We will be more than happy to replace any products that were damaged during transit.
If your candle was damaged during shipment, please contact us at thebrwnbirch@gmail.com with proof of damage within 24 hours of receiving the order. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging in your email.
How to Make an Approved Return
Once your return for a damaged item is approved by our team, please follow the steps below:
Return Timeline: Please proceed with your return within 24 hours of receiving approval from our team.
Package Your Item: Please pack your return item securely in its original packaging, or in a well-padded box to prevent further damage in transit. Any promotional gifts received with your purchase must also be returned.
Include Order Information: Please include your original order number on or inside the return shipment to help us process it quickly.
Ship the Item: Return postage must be paid by the purchaser. We highly recommend sending your return via a tracked and insured shipping method, as THE BRWN BIRCH is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please keep your proof of postage and tracking number until your replacement has been processed.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping label or the specific studio address in "Electronic City Phase I, Bengaluru, Karnataka- 560105, India." for your shipment.
Inspection and Replacements
All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the replacement for the damaged product. If a refund is approved in a special circumstance, it will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
Third-Party Retailers
If your item was not purchased directly from our website (www.thebrwnbirch.com), we will not be able to process a return or refund for you. Please contact the retailer you purchased from directly with your proof of purchase to request a return or refund in accordance with their policy.
