Order Processing and Delivery Times
Processing Time: Our standard order processing time is 1-3 business days. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Time: Once your order has been processed and transferred to our shipping carrier, you will receive a confirmation email. Delivery times will vary depending on your location within India.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly with the carrier.

Delivery Options & Cost
We offer free standard shipping on all orders for delivery across India. At this time, we do not offer expedited or express shipping options.

Delivery Zones
THE BRWN BIRCH currently ships pan-India.

Please note that we are unable to ship to international destinations. We do not accept orders for delivery outside of India.
